Furnace goes through the normal start up process but after 5 minutes the flames go out and I hear a click in the induction motor not the main fan.
What could I check.
I have taken out the flame sensor and cleaned it and disconnected the thermostat and twisted red and white wire at the thermostat together..

Try by-passing the hi-limit on the furnace. Sounds like it may be weak. If this helps, replace it. When you say that you cleaned you flame sensor, what do you mean? You need to buff it good with cleaning pad. Also follow the flame sensor circuit, making sure all connections are tight.
