I have a ceiling lamp (shown in attached picture) mounted in my bathroom. I want to remove the lid and change the light bulb inside and replace the lid. However, I am struggling to remove it.
There are three black holders (clamps). One of them feels like a spring plugged in and has an arrow pointing outward. I tried pulling it out but it doesn’t release the grip on the lid. The other two black clamps don’t budge either. I tried rotating it, applying pressure to the center to life the glass a bit higher but nothing seems to work. Anybody have any ideas? I live in Germany and presumably this was purchased in Ikea but i can’t find the product in their website.

Most likely, it should pull down, out of the ceiling with relative ease. The trim will be attached to the fixture either with some long springs, or a lot of the newer fixtures have tabs along the side that hold it in.
If it is the spring type, there is a tool called a Recessed Can Light Tool that makes re-attaching these a bit easier, though they can also be reattached using a screwdriver or needle nose pliars.
Try not to twist it to much as you might just be tieing the springs into a knot unknowningly.
I think I found the mechanism: There's a small hole to insert a screwdriver or something, which kinda keeps the wire in place. One of the wires required a bit more force then the other, that's why I was confused, but this seems to do the trick:

The arrow on the clip can also indicate that the glass diffuser should be pushed in the direction of the arrow.
That would cause the diffuser to disengage from the other two clips.
