I'm new here and I guess it's not the greatest thing to be asking, but any thoughts if this wall material could have asbestos in it? I'm really not sure what this wall material is. Thank you to everyone in advance!

Vermiculite on its own poses no health risk, and can be removed without concern. However, in many cases, mined vermiculite can contain traces of Asbestos, and so its removal is not recommended without an asbestos test. I would, as Scott suggests, call the testing company, and make sure that since no asbestos fibers were found, this indicates that the vermiculite used was asbestos free. If that is the case, you are good to go (that being said- wear a mask when you strip the popcorn ceilings, or you'll be coughing and hacking a lot- that dust is nasty).
Yes you are definitely limiting your exposure by removing the drywall and NOT SCRAPING.
Even removing the Drywall - asbestos dust can fly around.
- Get a disposable suit so that you don't get any fibers on your clothing.
- Get a good respirator suitable for asbestos protection.

Nope. It's fiberboard. And, it's too late anyway as your lungs are now already permanently damaged if it were...a warning to all that you should always wear a dust mask (preferably N95 grade) for any demolition work. And Yes, dust-off, brush-off, blow-off or shake-out your hair and clothes only upon reaching the outdoors.
