I purchased an axial fan for a refrigerator but it just has 2 wires sticking out. It came with a wall socket plug and cable but on the end of that cable is just 2 small holes.
How do I fix the wires into these holes?

Make sure the power is off, then cut the plug off and use wire nuts or your country's preferred type of splice. Junctions inside an appliance do not require additional boxes. Since both wires on the fan are black the motor must be isolated so a good frame connection would be my recommendation for a ground unless the frame is plastic then it won’t matter.
There are small 1/8” spade or male disconnects that could be crimped onto the fan wires but there is a chance these could fall out and any male plug will require a splice so I would remove the plug and splice for a good connection.
I have a couple of observations and concerns. First, it looks like this is a shallow box with conduit or EMT connectors. The looping conductors are usually a sign of continuous run THHN. I also suspect this could be a 3-way switched circuit or the yellow is being used as grounding/bonding conductor. However testing must be done to confirm these suspicions.
The other concern I have is the ability of this box to support the weight and torque of a fan. Depending on how strong the mounting is, you may want to consider a weight rated fan mounting box. If the box is not securely mounted, your fan will be unbalanced and wobble, at worse, it will pull the box out of the ceiling and drop. Perhaps they don't show in your pic, but I don't see any screws mounting the box to a framing member. If it is secured in place by the conduit only or a flimsy side ear mount, it will not work well for a fan. Check it out carefully. Good Luck.
As tacky as it is, I have seen electricians use drywall screws to hold receptacles when the threads are stripped out. the sharp threads of the drywall screw will cut new ones into plastic or thin metal. If your screw goes into a brass insert molded in the plastic, you may be out of luck. Do be careful of the length of screws used, the sharp points will go into a wire with no resistance, shorting out your connections.
