I want to take out my dish washer but there is a screw that I don't know how to unscrew.
I can't get the screwdriver straight on the screw head, only at an angle.
Any advise would be appreciated.

The plastic should be flexible enough to bend a little.
Put the end of the screwdriver in the head of the screw and then try to force the screwdriver in or more strait while turning it. Apply pressure up into the screw as you turn it as well.
Somebody got it in, you should be able to get it out.
If you can not get it out or the head strips you could cut the screw with a mini hacksaw.
I've found that using a hot air paint stripper works.
Use the concentrating nozzle and a low to medium setting. Then when the paint is soft use a flat bladed screwdriver to first take the paint off the surface and then from the slot itself.
Once the head is free from paint a further heating of the screw will also help as there will be a differential expansion of the screw and hinge (or whatever the piece is) which helps loosen the screw.
A further trick I don't always remember is that it can help to try to tighten the screw first before removing it. This might just be enough to break the rust/paint/whatever is causing the screw to stick.
Use a paint scraper pressed underneath the screw head while you turn the screw with driver. Between the additional friction, and the scraper blade, frequently the screw thread will start to catch, and allow it to back out.
