On the legs issue, you could fashion your own out of wood or pipe, but they need to be adjusted after the sink is hung to provide just a bit of lift. Difficult to get exact. Consider inexpensive premade legs such as these:
SUPPLEMENT IN RESPONSE TO COMMENT: The legs do not go in the holes. You want a thin buffer, maybe plastic or rubber just under and aroung the holes, then a large washer (bigger than the holes) under that, then the head of the legs, which should adjust by being rotated up to abut the washer and rubber. If the legs seem to slip a little on the washer, try a bit of rubber/plastic between leg top and washer as well. The idea is to spread the contact area over more of the porcelain around the hole.
The two top holes in the corners are there because the sink is hollow. They are from the making of the sink. You will not use those holes. Every wall mounted sink that I have installed uses a bracket that is mounted on the wall first into at least one stud, then the sink drops down onto the bracket. The two lower holes then would probably line up to two holes on the bracket so the sink cannot be accidentally moved or bumped off the bracket.
If you do not have the bracket, you may have to fabricate one (I would use wood). It should not get wet back there if you caulk along the top of the sink after installation, so the wood should not fall apart over time.

Looking at the top back of the sink, there are two screw holes provided, but these are for location not full weight bearing.
Having removed a similar sink in the past, there should be two (ornate) cast iron arms which may also double as towel rails which are secured to the wall and support the weight of the sink.
Another version would have two posts that came up from the floor to the side/front of the sink, there may be evidence of fixing points if you look - the picture does not show us. You might consider an under-sink cupboard with short support posts...
If you don't have those arms or posts then you will need to make something equivalent as you will not be able to rely on those two screw holes.
You might find some searching on google etc will provide images of similar sinks with the supports shown.
