I am looking for affordable, safe access to the 7'x 7' sleeping loft we are soon to build and came across a scaffolding ladder with handrails for under $100.
Is this a crazy idea or a viable option?
This will be in a concrete block 7'x 15' concrete block shed
Any thoughts/ideas appreciated. I attached an example image of the stair.
Is it possible to use a scaffold ladder as access to loft

This appears to be in a separate building, a shed, and would not qualify for a living space, unless it has all the other amenities. If OP use "building a loft in the shed", would this be any different than building a wooden ladder to the loft area?
If the item has the height to your loft, It looks good to me.
