We had drips from ceiling right below bathtub upstairs. It only happened when the tub was filled with water(even small amount, so probably not overflow issue). I don't see any bathtub crack. What can be the root cause ? Thanks!!

It sounds like it could either be a cracked breaching piece (between the to taps where the spout screws on) or it could be the spindles leaking.
There is a o-ring in the spindles that stops water from coming out of the tap casing when the water is on. to check the o-ring take of the handles and cover flange turn the taps on with the sprayer turned off, is water coming out of the taps?
If not you can either cap off the fitting where the spout is connected and turn the water on and try and here/see water leaking or hook a pressure gauge up to the spout connection turn the water on then back off and see if the pressure drops when the water is off showing a leak in the breaching piece. I'm afraid your shower plumbing is leaking again. Not as badly as before, but leaking none the less. From the looks of things, water getting past the tiles from showering wouldn't amount to much, and would have certainly diminished by now due to lack of use. Continued flow indicates a water source that is not dependent on showering activity.
The reason you are not seeing water on the kitchen side is because the leak is fairly small and the water found somewhere to go that has enough flow capacity such that the water does not overflow across the wall baseplate or subfloor into the kitchen side.
Bear in mind this is just my best guess. Water leaks can be difficult to trace to the source. No matter what, something is not right and needs to be corrected. Even if the source is something else, you need to get into the wall to investigate. Presumably this is easiest from the kitchen side. Would this be how the plumbing was accessed to repair the previous leak?

You have not yet established whether the leak is in the supply valves or in the tub or drains.
With the tub valves off for a sufficiently long time, I presume you have no leaking, right? If so, that eliminates the supply piping before the valve seats. When you open the valves, water is admitted into the mixing chamber of the valve and it could be leaking as you fill the tub (crack in the valve body or around the valve stems).
Fill a bucket elsewhere in the house and pour it into the tub. If it leaks, then you have eliminated the valve(s) and it is in the drain of the tub. If it does not leak, it is in the valve(s).
