The right tub faucet handle absolutely will not come off and may have become fused. I've tried a variety of ways and angles with maximum personal force (I'm a large guy) and even bought a faucet puller which couldn't make it budge, it's all stuck on there. The left one came off fairly easily. What are my options here? I'm not experienced with plumbing but is there something basic I could do with the faucet pipe pieces? Thanks.
There are manufactured solutions for your problem that will work way better than glue/epoxy or a bunch of work with saws and stuff.
Use a "fit-all" handle arbor that attaches to the stripped stem with set-screws. There are dozens of handle styles to choose from.
Will it prevent you from having to find a replacement stem or replace the whole faucet? YES
Will it work way better than other options and still be aesthetically pleasing? YES
Is it simple and easy and quick and relatively inexpensive? YES
Will you need to change both of your existing handles/knobs? YES
There are really only two things that can damage the seals: stuff in the water, or the valve body itself. Considering the number of times you've replaced it, whatever crud might have been in the water should have flushed out by now. So that just leaves the valve body.
Time for some drywall work!

I will presume you will be rahabbing by replacing valve stems and trim with new. If soaking overnight in penetrating oil, tapping to and fro with a hammer, applying heat, using a puller, etc. has not worked you could always carefully cut it off with a hacksaw.
