I have a pressure washer that I can no longer use because the area around where I attach my pressure washer hose is broken. I don't know much about pressure washers so I can't be any more helpful but I've attached some pictures of the area that is the issue. It is a Greenworks GPW 2000-1
What options do I have to fix something like this? Weld? Replace part? Epoxy?
That stuff is worthless for any water line that is pressurized. IF the crack does not extend into the tile and wall, one way to patch it would have been a glue-over clamshell repair kit like this:
However, you should try to figure out why the pipe is split. This is unlikely, because you generally only see it in slab floors, but if the wall is concrete and was poured around the pipe, that split could easily be from stress if the pipe wasn't wrapped with foam or rubber.
I agree that the best solution here is tell your landlord, provided you have a reasonable one. What does your lease say about routine maintenance? Chances are if you weren't doing chinups on it, you shouldn't be charged.
However, if you've had a previous experience with this landlord in which they've proved to be unreasonable, you could attempt to fix it yourself.
To do this, find a short length of steel rod with an outer diameter the same as the inside diameter of the sheared pin. Test fit to make sure it all fits together. Mix up some JB Weld, coat the steel rod, and then slide it into the sleeve on the wall, then press the other side on over it. Try to avoid getting any of the epoxy compound on the end of the rod near the wall, as doing so may end up bonding it to the wall rather than just the bracket.

There is a parts diagram and list near the back. It's somewhat difficult to tell from your photos vs. the diagram but it looks like the parts 20, 21, 22, 23 are involve here.
You will probably have to go to the dealer who sold you the unit and get them to order the parts.
