It's a booklouse
That does not look like a bedbug but more like a Kissing Bug, or some other variant of Assassin Beetle. They bite (people) and sometimes spread disease.

It's a woodlouse.
Mostly an outdoor bug, generally beneficial, but may bother some plants.
They are generally not a big deal in houses, although not pretty. Wikipedia comments
(When I was a kid, we called them potato bugs.)
