I've got a frig on a tile floor without any wheel locks, and it likes to slide forward every time I open a refrigerator door quickly. So far I have tried:

Most refrigerator alcoves are mini reverberation chambers, having hard sides. You may be able to place acoustic foam behind the refrigerator to absorb the sounds.
If you're handy sewing, you could copy this design for a sound reduction blanket using polyester fiber fill used for coats. As a trial, just loop a couple of layers of the batting off a couple eye hooks and leave space for air circulation. You may have to use some twine to belt it down flat. If it works, enclose in a cotton sack stitched down like a quilt.
To be clear, I'm only suggesting a flat wall hanging, nothing to trap heat.
Clean empty refrigerators should be stored upright and kept dry. You should prevent moisture building up inside the stored refrigerator - perhaps by removing the door or by keeping the door open.

Unused refrigerators are a potentially fatal hazard for children, who may get trapped inside. For this reason doors should be removed, locked closed or prevented from being closed (using a child-proof mechanism).

Most refrigerators have adjustable feet that can be "unscrewed" in order to level the fridge. All you need to do is "unscrew" these feet until the wheels are slightly off the floor.
