I'm not sure what type of walls I have in the first floor of my house, but it looks as though someone tried to Spackle a hole and the curtain rod bracket has just fallen out, since the bracket was attached to the Spackle.
Is there anyway to fix this?
Or is it just going to go on with me applying Spackle and it falling out of the wall until there's a hole big enough that I should just add another door?
The process for patching should similar to drywall, but with slightly different materials. I'd suggest using wood filler at the joint.
In more detail: first, get a new piece of plywood of the same thickness as the existing wall board. Then you need to attach your patch piece to structure. For this, you have two options.
If the hole is only 6" wide, a small piece of 2x4 or even 1x2 and a plywood patch will probably cover you.
To seal the seams between your patch and existing plywood, use wood filler. Fill with a putty knife, sand flat, prime and paint. Assuming you can find a 4ft x 2ft plywood panel of the appropriate thickness, total materials cost should be around $20-$30.
I realize that this is a U.S. reference, but you may be able to find a wall exhaust fan locally similar to this.
You need to find a unit that is intended for exposure to the outdoors. Also you may need a cover in the colder months if the unit you find does not have a self closing louver. The one depicted does.
If you use 110 voltage and 60cycles, you may be able to order something like this from the U.S. Otherwise, be sure that it matches your local electric supply.

It is hard to tell but I think you have lath and plaster.
If that is the case then you break away the loose plaster exposing the lath (thin wood boards). Once you have the lath exposed you use concrete fill ( a fiberglass re-inforced setting compound ) to get to the same vertical plane as the wall.
Typically you'll have a rough area at this point and you apply a finish coat of setting compound. I'd go with a 30 minute setting compound. Once the setting compound dries, you sand and then paint.
Now that the area is finished again you can use toggle bolts to hold the curtain rod bracket in place (assuming the spot that the bracket needs to sit doesn't have framing behind it).
