There is a small WC room where you cannot forward the washing machine output water elsewhere than WC seat (brand IDO). However, the current solution does not look nice, see the picture.
I am thinking if there any seats or solutions which can avoid such a connection.

So the problem you have now is figuring out how long each of these are,and how to disconnect them. It sounds like you don't have much access to the back of the machine to get a good look, so a mirror attached to a telescoping handle might come in handy here.
Once you get a better idea of what's behind the machine, you'll have a better understanding of how to move it.
Are you sure it's not doing exactly what it's supposed to do? It's not supposed to spin during the wash part of the cycle. When it's full of water it's supposed to agitate. I don't have a Whirlpool washer, so I don't know exactly how yours agitates, but usually this means it turns back and forth, a little one way, a little the other. Once the wash part of the cycle is done it should drain, then spin. Then it will refill and go through the same routine to rinse.

I'd run the 'extended' pipe behind the toilet and I'd hook it to the sink.
