I have a pvc hoop shed that sits against the rear of my main resin storage shed. The rainwater flows down the taut tarp of the hoop shed & gets into the main shed floor. What's the best method to divert the water away?

Just lay some tongue-and-groove OSB plywood on top of the planks.
For a 6x8 shed, you should only need two 4x8 sheets - which should certainly cost a lot less than the £120 you would pay for sealer.
Or for that matter, just have them use T&G plywood for the flooring in the first place.
If the two halves of the shed are built to be structurally sound while separate, then there is no reason that each roof can't be built slightly asymmetrically so that one overlaps a portion of the other to provide weatherproof protection, like this:
Some tweaking of the interface would be needed to make it practical and convenient, but the basic idea would be to build it so there is at least 6 inches of overlap where the higher one covers the lower one.

i would wedge a length of plastic gutter on a slight slope between the 2 sheds , making a small gap and encouraging the water to run into the gutter and into a down pipe directing it away from both sheds. You may have to experiment a little for the height of this
