I noticed that my son's guest bathroom tub had a little water around the drain after I took a shower. Last night, he ran the shower for a while and then noticed the guest bathtub spigot started a slow drip. What would cause that?
Run enough water to get the hot water heater to start its cycle, then close everything and measure the pressure until the heater gets to the end of its cycle. If you have a check valve and no expansion tank, this can cause a pressure issue that wouldn't be detected with a quick test. Instead, it will slowly rise as the water heater runs, and then drop back to normal when the first faucet is run.
It's also possible that all the toilets have the same parts and are therefore failing at the same time. But before replacing everything, it's worth it to make sure they are really faulty.

You should be able to find similar ones at your local hardware store. Most versions install in seconds, using easy peel and stick adhesive backings. No tools, no mess, and usually no waiting for caulks and/or glues to dry.

I have seen this with washer less faucets. The pressure drop causes them to drip especially if they are older. A set of new seals and possibly springs may tighten it enough to stop the drip, The big box stores Cary kits with different sizes some times they are color coded to size, there are at least 3 different sizes that I can remember, or you could pull the cartridge and take it with you to the store to make sure to get the correct size here is a sample of what I think you need.
