I have a Samsung inverter fridge connected on the same circuit on automatic water pump that turns on and off to keep pressure in the pipes. Will it damage my fridge in the long term?

I believe the term you are looking for is a positive displacement pump.
However, such a pump is not generally constructed using an impeller and such a pump is only sometimes used for liquids.

For low pressure water applications a centrifugal pump and check valve in series are usually used to prevent back flow.
A simple solution would be to install a full sized bypass with a check valve, which ties in downstream of the pressure tank. This would allow full system flow in the case of pump failure. You could then use a pump of whatever type fits your needs most efficiently and effectively, and would need not be concerned about flow restriction through the pump.
You do not mention the nozzle activation mechanism but we must assume that the heads are closed unless opened due to fire melting a fusible/frangible element at the head(s) or other mechanical means. So... under static conditions the system would remain at the pressure held by the tank diaphragm, which would be above mains pressure (because it was pumped). Upon opening/activation of a spray nozzle then the tank would deliver until pressure drops enough for mains pressure to then lift the check valve and flow into the system, around the pump and tank assembly.

The fridge should be designed to handle standard house hold equipment. With that said I would get a power strip that has surge suppressors in it to reduce the possibility of damage like this. if you get a supressor make sure it has indicator lights to show if the unit is still ok. Surge suppressors work by dumping the spikes to ground and when they take a large hit they are damaged. Once the suppressor fails the fridge will still work but the suppressor wont be dumping the spikes so one that has an indicator is best so you know that it is doing its job or it is time to replace it.
