Will this cable be ok? I purchased a 100' role of UTP Cat 6. I will place it in 1" conduit when it goes outside but it will be be bare as it crosses through the basement and maybe over a few electric wires. The Verizon guy put my router in the garage and I would like to move it to the center of the home.

The co-ax TV cable in the house is considered "low voltage" and shouldn't pose a hazard to people (unless something is seriously wrong with the wiring, like it touching the mains somewhere).
First, I'd ensure that the cables in the house are disconnected from the cable service line. There should be a grounding block on the side of the house where the house's cable lines connect to the service lines. They may look something like:
Disconnect the "house" side cable from the block, and then cut or tear out whatever cable you'd like. After this disconnection, the line should not be energized at all. As GrecMac commented, it is a good idea to use a non-contact voltage detector to ensure that the cables do not carry a dangerous voltage.
It looks like you have a common RF 4 way cable splitter, with cable coming into through the green wire and 4 TVs (the other cables). You should look at the splitter closely (is this RF or digital; one in and four out?), and determine if I traced the line correctly.
If this looks like an RF 4 way splitter, and you want to add an antenna (no more "cable TV") you just need to remove the green cable from the splitter and plug in the antenna.
However, if you have a digital (only) splitter, it will not allow the antenna signal to pass through. If you can't be sure what kind of splitter you have, then just try it... nothing will explode if I'm wrong.

Running in outside conduit, that is utterly unsuitable cable.
All outside conduits are DEFINED as wet locations. In practice, nearly all of them are, at least some of the time. Many have standing water in some part of them all the time.
Interior type patch cable (such as what you show) may work for a while, but will commonly fail since it is not designed to be exposed to water (or submerged in it.)
Interior type in-wall cable will also typically fail in wet service.
At minimum you need some sort of exterior-rated network cable. In my experience this is often or commonly "direct burial" rated, though I never advise using it that way - but it can be a useful search term, and often costs no more than non-direct burial exterior cable.
My personal preference runs strongly to fiber optics for runs between buildings, but that is likely a bit more than you'll want to take on.
