i'm trying to connect my oven.I live in Europe,Greece so the voltage is 220-240.Behind the oven there are 5 screws which you connect and tighten the wires.But i don't how which one goes where.I have to connect 3 wires(i guess number 5 screw is the ground wire).So,can someone help me to connect it?

In this case, you would simply not hook up the neutral wire. Instead you can just put a wirenut on it and tuck it neatly into the electrical box.
Typically 240V appliances require the neutral wire so that they can run the electronics at 120v or provide a plug on the appliance. In this case, these devices are hooked up to one leg of the hot and the neutral, giving 120V.
If no neutral is required, then the device can only operate on 240V/208V, though at 208V you should expect the oven to take longer to heat up.
What it means by "Connect only to a 3-wire, 120/240-volt power supply; the neutral conductor is not required for the operation of the appliance," is that the 240V needs to come from two legs of 120V service; this device won't function on 240V mains like you'd find in Europe.
Well it seems completely straightforward:
tien li kou huo xien <--> xien xiu qi "L" t'ou
tien li kou leng xien <--> xien xiu qi "N" t'ou
tien tung ma t'a lan xien <--> xien xiu qi "N" t'ou
tien tung ma t'a huang xien <--> xien xiu qi "A" t'ou
tien tung ma t'a hei xien <--> xien xiu qi "B" t'ou
and of course
tien tung ma t'a qing xien <--> tien li kou ku chiang (qing) xien
I can't imagine why anyone would be confused by this.

If you have single phase 240V power, you connect hot to screws 1, 2 and 3. Neutral to screws 4 and 5. That is what the diagram is showing.
And of course, ground to the ground screw.
