Learn English – Is “I have much money.” correct? If not, what is a one word synonym for “much” here

One of my more important responsibilities was as Training Officer. I successfully trained four new team members who quickly proved capable of taking on important assignments.

Compare that to:

Trained four new team members to become key contributors.

If you were the employer, which would you prefer to see?
Even if you only trained them to use a sweeping brush, it doesn't really matter. Never be afraid to apply a little spin when it comes to selling yourself.

New staff or new employees would work just as well if you don't like, new team members.

Some possible phrases using different modifiers for "results": 1. fast results 2. instant results 3. quick results

Note that "results" is not a precise replacement for "application." Results refer to outcome; application is what might be done with that outcome--the use to which they are put. We can have results from an experiment which have no obvious application. You may want to refer to results which can be quickly applied, to projects resulting in a quick, obvious use, or to the problem with limiting exploration to projects with a practical and predictable purpose.
