architecture of a system delivered in context of a specific solution
and as such it may encompass description of an entire system or only
its specific parts.

Unlike, say, Spanish (or Portuguese, I suppose), English only ever pluralizes one word out of a set that go together. For noun phrases like this, it's the last word, so "Solution Architectures" is correct. (A "solution architect" is what you'd call a person with that specialty, but you can't generally say that you specialize in people with a specialty.)
