I wanted to use a short term to indicate the person that answers a question, for example you, who are probably going to help me with this problem; but the only thing that came to my mind is to say:
"the person who answered to that question".
Does it exist such a term?
Gullible is good IMO.
From http://www.learnersdictionary.com/definition/gullible: easily fooled or cheated, especially : quick to believe something that is not true. I'm not gullible enough to believe something that outrageous. They sell overpriced souvenirs to gullible tourists.
Credulous also fits, but from my experience/cultural-exposure, many people have told me they were (or someone else was) gullible, but I don't recall anyone describing someone as credulous. Strange.

This ngram is interesting, showing that credulous has declined in the 20th century. This COCA report shows gullible is more common now.
In a standard situation like this

One person is the traveller, and the other is the driver, the situation is a pick up.
As in, the traveller will tell his secretary "Have the driver pick me up outside Arrivals."
It might also be the case that the one who is travelling is a visitor.
In the world of espionage, a spy would look for his contact or handler.
When the traveller is a visitor then greeters or meeters are often on hand

An answerer answers a question.
A defendant (or their lawyer) tries to defend themselves against a criminal charge in court.
A respondent (or their lawyer) responds to a motion in court.
As CopperKettle suggests, a replier replies to a statement or question.
A torture victim is someone who has been "put to the question" by the inquisition.
A witness is someone who testifies in court. They may be subject to examination and cross-examination by the lawyers, and answer the lawyers' questions.
An invitee RSVPs. (Répondez s'il vous plaît is French for "Respond if it pleases you.")
An interviewee answers a series of questions. Policemen ask questions of subjects, suspects, witnesses, and persons of interest. Employers interview job applicants. Journalists also conduct interviews. Talk show hosts interview guests and callers.
