A regime usually refers to a system of government.

A regimen is a plan that one adheres to (i.e. regimented).

People misuse regime a lot of the time when they mean regimen, especially relating to diets.

Yet another is more emphatic. It implies that the list of things being counted is getting really long, and suggests a certain amount of impatience or irritation on the part of the speaker.
