Learn English – Which is correct: “in twos” or “by twos”

If you are using 'debate' as a noun, you use 'about'~ "There will be a debate about [sth]"

If you are using 'debate' as a verb, you don't use 'about' ~ "They will debate [sth]"

One is held accountable for something or other, not over it. Someone can also be accountable to someone else for something.
