Learn English – Word for someone between technologically illiterate and literate

I know that you call someone who is familiar with technology "technologically literate"
and someone who isn't "technologically illiterate"

I am looking for a word for those who are in between those two.

The expression computer semi-literate might fit, which Urban Dictionary defines as

A recovering Luddite, new to computers with a low skill level.
