Can anyone help on this? I have a Nano Ledger with some ETH on it. I then sent some ECR20 tokens to my Ledger via the MyEtherWallet webpage. Now trying to withdraw them and it's saying 'insufficient funds' (yet I have plenty of ETH in there – in the Ledger at least, which shows up on the MEW web wallet page) – any ideas where I'm going wrong?! thanks!! To be clear, the ETH I had on the Ledger before I started using MEW. However the ETH show up when I access MEW. Why does it say insufficient funds?!! thanks

An internal transaction (people will argue with the name—some call it a message) is when a smart contract does a ‘send’ or any of the various ‘call’ functions into an account. The smart contract itself either sends the money.
If your balance is lower than you think it should be, then that account must be a smart contract, and one of the functions on that smart contract must have sent money somewhere. If your balance is higher than you think it should be then some other smart contract (maybe a multi sig wallet) sent money into your account.
In neither case would you see those “internal” transactions listed on the list of regular transactions.
In other words, you cannot simply add up all the transactions that have your account as either ‘to’ or ‘from’. You must also account for both incoming and outgoing “internal” transactions. Because contracts can call other contracts, it can get quite complicated.
Ok. I figured it out. Here's a "how to" in case someone else is in my shoes... Go to Metamask and enter your password
Click on the 3 dots. Choose export private key.
You can click on it and it automatically copies it and/or you can also download the private key for backup purposes.
Go to Myetherwallet.com and click on send ether and tokens
Choose Private key and paste the key you copied from MetaMask.
Unlock your wallet
Now you should be able to see your balance in the wallet. Since we're trying to send ETC, make sure you have the ETC network selected.
The rest is the usual procedure to send currencies... I believe the problem is you can't choose the correct network in MetaMask wallet.

If you indeed have enough funds and you get this message, yes it happens sometimes on MEW. Just wait few minutes and check your wallet on etherscan to be sure no transaction is broadcasted then retry again. No need to refresh the MEW page, just click the button again to generate the transaction and it should work.
