As Symmetra, your ultimate is to place a teleporter.
I don't see any option to move the teleporter and as long as the teleporter is active, you do not build your ultimate's strength.
Is there any way to destroy or move the teleporter?

Presently there are some options that are configurable in the Options menu (such as turning the kill feed on or off), but many of the UI components are not yet customizable. Blizzard is working on some crosshair customization in the near future.

Blizzard has also indicated that they would like the spectator experience to match the casual player's UI as much as possible, which will limit the complexity of the customizations that they will be willing to offer.
ETA: There is a hotkey to turn off all UI elements (defaults to Alt-Z). I'm guessing this is for machinima creation purposes and probably not what you are looking for as far as customization.
Yes. There is an option to bind keys to all of the voice commands. They are bound by default for ultimate status, need healing, and acknowledge. The rest are unbound by default. I have "group up" bound to Y in the following screenshot:

You cannot move or destroy your own teleporter. However, it does only have 6 charges, so you aren't reliant on enemies destroying your teleporter to reposition it.
