At what levels do the various types of armour start to appear in Skyrim

Here's a list of all the bows, excluding all the enchantment possibilities. Minor spoilers, obviously.

Do you have the game through Steam? If so, try going to Steam and opening the game in your library. Right click the game and select "Properties." From here, select "Set Launch Options" and input "+console" Doing this will tell the game through Steam to force the Console.
