We are level 10 clan now in Clash of Clans.

Is there level 11? Are there any more perks? Will our clan's level increase now?

According to Galadon, a CoC Youtuber that Supercell gives early access to some information, leveling your clan past ten is possible, as there is no limit set for clan level, however no perks for higher level clans have been released nor does Supercell has any plans to add perks for higher level clans, but they may add additional perks to clans level 1-10. Galadon talks about this on one of his youtube videos. I will try and update this with the link when I get a chance to look for it.

According to the Clash of Clans Wikia:

The clan ranking is based on the number of trophies of its members. This value is weighted according to the following table.

For reference, here is the weighting used:

1-10    50%     
11-20   25%  
21-30   12%   
31-40   10%  
41-50   3%

So it is calculated by the amount of trophies in a weighted system instead of a simple total.

Clash-of-clans – Can we fix clan war between two clans

There's no way to manually choose your opponent or skip opponents, the system will detect all clans matching your clans requirements and choose one of them. So if you're lucky you'll maybe be playing against the mentioned clan, although the chance is close to zero.

If you could choose your opponents there would probably be people abusing the system and boosting (Create 2 clans, let one clan win, then the other etc.)
