There have been reports of a new "Cow Level" that seems to only be accessible via Nephalem Rifts:

To get to the Fowl Lair you need to use the Ancient Device in Desolate Sands. It is one of the 10 possible outcomes of using the Ancient Device. So take note that not only is the spawn of the device random but there's only 10% of getting the Fowl Lair.

It is a money sink and nothing else. I for some reason got tons of gold during Act II on normal. I played it normally and didn't get Achievements so did it again just to get them and then my friend got there so I decided to play with him so he could catch up with me so I got even more. By the end I just decided to buy the items since I even got the pattern for it. I am close to hitting 1 million gold Achievement even though I am only in Act II on Nightmare now.

The cow level is a random rift level. Similar to "development hell" crypt in act 1. You have a random chance of having a rift level spawn only cows, killer bears, or have 25 treasure goblins all huddled together. There are many different rifts that offer a lot of different enemies. And it's all random.
