Ghosting a mission is defined as never even having been detected at the end of a mission. Weepers aren't exactly "sentient", really, but they have similar detection mechanics to the other, more intelligent enemies in the game.
If I'm detected by a weeper, will I lose the "ghost" of the mission, so long as no other enemies see me?
It doesn't. Here is proof from my recent stealthy, super-lethal playthrough of 'House of Pleasure' mission stats (With no Shadow Kill. Notice that there are 12 bodies found, but 'Ghost' is checked):
Basically, as long as no red 'marker' appears on an NPC or a wolfhound (dog), it won't count as detected. Three white 'markers' won't count as detected. The red marker appears only if an NPC or wolfhound has detected you, not a body you killed or made unconscious.
Also, here are some reports from other posts:
Bodies found does not void the achievements Ghost, Clean hands or Shadow. Completed all three achievements yesterday and I have had missions where bodies were found.
After you leave the body of the possessed enemy, you'll be (as some comments pointed out) behind him.
And he'll be nauseating for 5 to 10 seconds. If you step in front of him, he still won't notice you while puking. It's like a stun effect to them apparently and while they vomiting you won't be their priority.

Furthermore, possession will cause nausea in some targets, which incapacitates and disorients them for a short period after possession ends.
It takes a while to the guard to get things togheter and think about you again (it's the visual transition between puking and the guard getting back up)
If the guard, by the time you left, was facing you and was standing doing nothing, that's probably where you got spotted. Other than that, they won't see you :)

Yes, being detected by anything that triggers the bolts (and thus the relevant red bolts) does count as being detected.
The only exception to this are the key assassination targets (and hagfish, devices and rats that turn hostile) - those do not count against Ghost/Shadow and the related achievement.
