Dota – way to reset the battle points

This may seem like an odd question, but after almost 300 hours of playing, I still suck horribly and find myself getting matched up with/against people who are way above my head. Both sides will complain of my noobness and say I should delete DOTA, sometimes even going so far as to abandon the match because they apparently find it hopeless to play with me. Needless to say this is frustrating and demotivating.

I would just like to start from scratch again at level 1 so that I can get matched up with/against similarly skilled people.

You can't simply reset your battle points. You could make new steam account,but if you already bought some other games on steam that is not a valid solution.

Dota 2 doesn't match you with other players based on your battlepoints or played games at all since it wouldn't be so fair to people just getting started. Simply put it works primarily on your Win/Lose ratio. Here is official detailed matchmaking guide if you want to see exactly how it matches players together.

So resetting your battlepoints isn't some solution,it would last shortly and once again you would get back with the same crowd. U can usually feel when you get teamed with better players but after some time of terrible games you should fall back with noobs and win some games.

I am trying to log all matches I do writing down time, battle points earned and some notes. Here it is my current log:

TL;DR

The output of these data is that you gain about ~0.023 battle points per seconds (1,4/minute - 83/hour) and I didn't found any relations between battle points earned, win/loss or the presence of leavers inside one or the other team.

Then play a bot game or two until you're confident with your hero and your build, and you should be fine jumping into a real game at your skill level. The hero is definitely hard to play, but he's not nearly as hard as people pretend he is because he's so damned good at everything.

The skillbuild most commonly used right now:

QRQEEEREQQW

Q first for regen, R for Cold Snap, then another Q should give you plenty of regen in lane. Then you level E four times (getting Invoke when possible), followed by Q twice more. This puts you at 4-0-4-2, which allows you to summon double Forge Spirits as early as possible. This combined with Cold Snap is absolutely devastating at low levels- you will melt through armor and with three Exort orbs up you'll hit tremendously hard. From there you get a point in Wex to open up the rest of your spellbook (notably Ghost Walk). Typically you max E first, then W, to get the most casting power.

The typical item build:

Starting items: Claw of Attack, Iron Branch, Healing Salve
Early items: Phase Boots, then Drum, then Force Staff
Midgame items: Aghanim's Scepter. You want to be finishing this right as you hit level 17.
Luxury items: Sheepstick, Blink Dagger, Desolator, BKB, Eul's. All situational.
