Find an Amulet of Mara

I am trying to find the Amulet of Mara so I can get married, but I can't find it and it doesn't seem to be at any of the stores. Is there any specific place I can find it?

You can buy one from Maramal in Riften. He is usually in the Temple of Mara, and sells it for 200 gold. He also happens to be the guy who carries out the marriage ceremony, and explains the whole process before he'll sell one to you.

Wearing the Amulet of Mara while you're married no longer triggers dialog options. You must kill your current spouse and wear the amulet to bring up potential "Are you interested" dialog options again.

Where did these NPCs go

Maramal's RefID is 00019DD5.

So I would try:

resurrect 00019DD5
player.placeatme 00019DD5
enable 00019DD5

Hofgrir Horse-Crusher's RefID is 00019DFE; the same should work for him.
