Since first having the gas can, I haven't come across another one. Does anyone know a location or spawn area for it?

I went back to the Mount Chiliad gondola and a mountain bike had spawned.
Since I hadn't done any more missions (so hadn't progressed any further in the game) this suggests the spawn is either random or time dependent (certain times of the day?)
With the latest update to GTA V, it is possible to gamble in GTA Online. With the new Diamond Casino & Resort update, it is possible to gamble in Grand Theft Auto V's multiplayer player mode GTA Online. It only took six years.
The casino is not available in GTA V story mode, unfortunately.

You can buy a "Jerry Can" in ammunation. It is to the right of the grenades.
They can also spawn at gas stations (next to the pumps).
