The achievement Stinking Rebels says I need to brand 5 bodyguards of a warchief. Can a warchief have five bodyguards? If not, I'd assume I need to turn 1-3 of them at a time until I've turned five.
How do I turn five bodyguards against their warchief?
Captains can get promoted to Warchief when doing "Duel" events.

Although the best way to get a new warchief is to accomplish Betrayal missions.
Even at the top ranks, there is always struggle for power. A Warchief’s bodyguard might betray him and damage or outright kill him. If the initial assassination attempt is unsuccessful, the betrayer will have to fight the Warchief and all his other men which would certainly mean his death.
If players choose to step in at this point and kill the Warchief, the betrayer immediately becomes the new Warchief and gains a power level. This is useful for drawing out a Warchief with the plan on killing him especially if one of his bodyguards is already dominated by the players.

The new warchief will be one of the captains serving the one that just died.
When you die, there is a chance a "bounty" will be placed on your killer:
This is available for anyone in the game. Even randoms. So by default, if you ever see any of these, you will be avenging the deaths of friends by killing the target.

The 'Stinking Rebels' achievement is earned when a warchief with 5 branded bodyguards is betrayed in combat.
Warchiefs may have up to 5 bodyguards, if they don't you can brand a captain and command them to perform an initiation to a warchief which if successful will turn them into a bodyguard. In order to command a captain to perform an initiation, you must grab (RB), dominate (A) and command (Y). In the command menu select the target warchief and the option for initiation should appear. The captain will then have to successfully perform the initiation which is a random mission such as hunting or combat trial.
Once a warchief have 5 bodyguards, ensure all 5 bodyguards are branded and engage in combat with the warchief. In combat you must then activate the branded bodyguards (up), they should all renege and you'll get the 'Stinking Rebels' achievement. The warchief does not need to be killed to get the achievement, the achievement is earned the moment the bodyguards renege.
