How to get rid of these dark rectangles on the screen in Bioshock Infinite

I've already asked other people and looked all over and I can't find anyone else having this problem. And I don't have this problem on any other games.

I already tried verifying the games cache (although I knew that wouldn't work). I think it's caused by ShadowPlay because the squares are where the ShadowPlay status indicator and webcam overlays go.

However, disabling ShadowPlay doesn't fix it and neither does disabling the overlays inside ShadowPlay.

Here is a picture of the problem:

If I alt-tab and then go back in, they're gone for a second and then they show back up again.

They stay there the whole time and never move or flicker how do I get rid of them??

I know this isn't a question about the game and doesn't really belong here but I had no idea where else to ask that I might receive an answer.

Well, I feel stupid. Restarting my computer fixed the issue. (I never restart my computer)

You have to disable Steam Cloud support in the game, and also in Steam.

In the game, go to the options screen->gameplay and set Steam cloud to off.
In Steam, right-click Bioshock Infinite in your games list and select Properties. Choose the Updates tab and uncheck 'Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Bioishock Infinite'.

After you have finished playing, exit from Steam and cut/paste the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\XXXX\8870\ folder somewhere safe. Copy/paste it back when you want to restore that particular save.

How to skip the opening logos in Bioshock: Infinite

First, open up XEngine.ini in your favorite text editor. You'll find this file in your config folder:

C:\Users\[Your Name]\Documents\My Games\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Config\

In XEngine.ini, scroll down to the [FullScreenMovie] section. Look for the following four lines, and disable them by adding a semicolon (;) at the beginning of the line:

StartupMovies=2KLogoSweep720p2997
StartupMovies=IrrationalLogoTest
StartupMovies=UE3AnimatedLogo_ProRes
StartupMovies=AMDLogo720p

Save and close the file. Now when you launch the game, you'll only see the copyright and autosave screens before the main menu. (I haven't yet found a way to disable those)
