The achievement Breaking Dead for the Bomb heist specifically states:
- In the Bomb: Dockyard heist, find the meth lab.
So where is this meth lab located? I checked all the buildings on both sides of the map, and I haven't seen any meth labs.

Blizzard recently added a new custom map which makes it pretty easy to do this using the map Burning Tide.

This method worked for me in patch 1.1.1 - I'm not sure if it's still working but you should give it a try ;)
There are 3 Defiler bones that are scattered across the map:
One bone is located south of your starting position, and you can see it from your starting position.
The second bone is located to the northwest of your base, near the Train tracks. The third Defiler bone is located directly south of your starting position, next to the bottom Train tracks. The first two are revealed on your mini map at the start of the mission.
The third is revealed by the second train. In all cases, they are all revealed by the 5 minute mark, and none of them are guarded, at the beginning of the mission. Get them as soon as they are revealed, before it becomes harder.

The Meth Lab is in one of the containers on the ship. I believe you'll have to open the containers to find it.
However, you'll also need the ingredients to be able to actually cook the meth, and those can be found around the map.
