Most first person shooter has invert mouse option.
I do not see that option anywhere.
Where can I find it?

The option you're looking for is called Invert Look and can be found under the Control options menu, on the MOUSE section, right next to Sensitivity. You can also change this option individually with each character by using the drop-down select on the same options menu.
@pushasha has provided a screenshot of said menu on his comment, so I'll add it here as well.
No. All of the heroes in Overwatch are (and will be, in the case of future additions) unlocked and at full power from the start. The only things you unlock through either time or money are cosmetics, such as skins, sprays, or victory poses.
Presently there are some options that are configurable in the Options menu (such as turning the kill feed on or off), but many of the UI components are not yet customizable. Blizzard is working on some crosshair customization in the near future.
Blizzard has also indicated that they would like the spectator experience to match the casual player's UI as much as possible, which will limit the complexity of the customizations that they will be willing to offer.
ETA: There is a hotkey to turn off all UI elements (defaults to Alt-Z). I'm guessing this is for machinima creation purposes and probably not what you are looking for as far as customization.
