I just had an excellent 4-headshot round with a scout that I'd like to take another look at. Is there a way to do this?
I know you can record demos manually, but I don't want to always record my matches as that takes a lot of effort and disk space. Is there functionality similar to lastreplay.rep in SC:BW that autosaves your last demo and overwrites it automatically?
It is unfortunate, but some matches you play will not actually let you download a demo and only allow you to view the scoreboard, yet some matches will allow you to download demos.
I don't have anything authoratative to back this up, but I will speak for personal anecdote.
I found that by downloading matches immediately after finishing them, I could access them even if they were from months back, and re-download the match demo. Unfortunately, if I never actually got around to downloading a demo, CS:GO would remove that option, and only allow me to see the scoreboard. Example below:
Sometimes CSGO seems to think you are not logged into steam. The only way i fixed this happening to me when it happens was to have every party in the lobby completely close steam, reconnect and then re-open the game and then it was usually ok.
Another time this has happened was a problem with steams servers experiencing above expected traffic. Eventually as servers calmed down it functioned agian.
