I can’t find Chop at the house

If you leave chop anywhere he will just spawn back at your own house. The iFruit app for ipad seems to be the only way to raise the like of chop anyway, so leaving him somewhere ingame does not seem to hurt.

You cannot get it again, unless you start the game again with a different save or edit your save data with save data editors to add it to your garage.
