I was going through my match history in League of Legends after losing a few in a row to see how long it's been since I've won a game, and I saw this:
The game was a few days ago and I unfortunately do not have a very good memory. What on earth does "Loss Forgiven" mean? Usually that line either says "Victory" or "Defeat".
If you visit an individual's profile page, there are tabs at the very top. These tabs will display the individual's Summoner Name as well as the names of any teams they are on.
Select any team to view their Roster and Statistics. You can also see their history via the history button in the top menu. It will look something like this:
If you'd like the see the match history of another team, you can search for them in the box to the upper right (outlined in the above image in green). You can use either the team name (e.g. "Counter Logic Gaming") or their team tag (e.g. "CLG").
Recently all of the status effects in League of Legends were standardized, specifically, Stuns, Fears, Blinds, Silences, and Taunts. What you are seeing is the Taunted debuff.
The way points work in Dominion, is that they taunt nearby enemy minions to attack them (and in the process, capture the point).

If there are server issues during your game that Riot would consider serious enough to affect your gameplay, then any loss will be forgiven due to circumstances outside of your control (source). This means that your elo and win/loss stats are unaffected by that loss. However, if you win your elo will only increase by half of what it normally would. IP and XP are gained as usual.
I don't believe they forgive losses for teammates leaving the game though (JesterCapp discusses that here).
