Does Karthus's passive kick in before or after Yorick's ultimate goes off? Or does the Death Defied work both times that Karthus "dies"?

So the awesome GraceNote helped me do some research.
Kog'Maw's passive suicide form is not effected by Ghost or Shurelya's Reverie. However, its speed does ramp up until it explodes into the acidic goo.
Shaco and his hallucinations (and by extension Leblanc's decoy and Yorick's Ghost I believe) do gain the bonus from Shurelya's Reverie.
Alright, The awesome FallenAngelEyes helped me do some science and here are the results:
With Evasion:
Without Evasion:
As you can see, Requiem does not get reduced by the Evasion mastery.
I ran the same set up for Karthus both times (gear, runes, and masteries).

In a patch a few months ago they established an order of operations for all of the post-death effects. I'll try to find it and link it here, but I know that these 2 effects occur in this order:

I can only find a link to the Riot patch where they define the order for death preventing effects.
On the LeagueOfLegends Wikia, we have an order defined for after-death effects which appears accurate to me.
