I'm getting started on Mass Effect 3 and I'd like to know whether there are missable achievements (Xbox 36) or trophies (PS3) from the get-go. You know, instead of finding out there was one and I blew past it and have to restart the game to get it.
Are there missable achievements/trophies in Mass Effect 3?
I recently saw a trophy-list for the PS3-Trophies - unless you have an Import-Savegame from ME2, you need to finish the game twice (The trophy actually says: finish game twice or once with imported savegame), and there's also an achievement to finish the game on a certain difficulty-level, and I don't know whether you can chose it from the beginning or need to unlock it first.
Most trophies seem to be story-related, so I don't know if you can get them on one run, but my guess would be that one run is enough (if you have the imported savegame stated before).
It depends on what you mean by "in-game". You cannot get to them while actively playing as your character, but you can get to them from the main menu when you start the game. They're under Extras->Accomplishments.

The Freedom Fighter achievement, which comes with the From Ashes DLC, is easily missable. You must activate 3 consoles on Eden Prime before the mission ends, and you cannot return there once you complete the mission. Insanity is obviously an easy one to miss, if you left Earth at any other difficulty than Insane you'll have to start over. Most other achievements seem to either be do X a number of times or just checkpoints along the story's path.
