Minecraft command gives an error

I'm using the command:

/scoreboard players tag @e[type=Item] add example {Item:{id:"minecraft:leather_chestplate",tag:{ench:[{id:0,lvl:1,OnGround:b1}]}}}

But when I drop the item I find the error:

[16:15:15] The dataTag does not match for 17f82d3c-a5c2-48b6-ad19-b6f9cbb0e4d6

How can I fix it?

You have the OnGround portion inside the enchantment section which is inside the item section. You want it to be a part of the data tag but outside the item section. Also, you have OnGround value at b1 but that should be 1b. Similarly with the enchant values, they are missing s after id:0 and lvl:1.

Here is the corrected command:

/scoreboard players tag @e[type=Item] add example {Item:{id:"minecraft:leather_chestplate",tag:{ench:[{id:0s,lvl:1s}]}},OnGround:1b}

You are on 1.8

You are on 1.8. This is probably what your problem is. As of 1.8 you cannot use number ids for items. You instead need to use minecraft:(name). Instead of

{Item:{id:319}}

Try

{Item:{id:minecraft:porkchop}}

It just isn't detecting the right item

Your command block will output this if it finds an item on the ground which isn't a porkchop. This will not affect the usefullness of the command, and it will still work. Which is why it still will output this even after it is fixed, if it detects an item other than a porkchop on the ground, but it doesn't matter because the scoreboard command will still work.

Minecraft – giving a score to an item with a Damaga value

Damage is stored as a short, rather than a normal integer. When testing for data tags you need to match the data exactly, including its type. Add s after the number to specify a short:

/scoreboard players set @e[type=Item] isYellowWool 1 {Item:{id:minecraft:wool,Damage:4s}}
