I found these weird blocks in 15w51b snapshot. I used Debug mode and at the end, I found these weird blocks in this snapshot.
Can I use these in my world?
I gonna take a picture for you guys to check it out!

The blocks stand for the following:

D = Data
L = Load
C = Corner
S = Save

Usage:

When obtained with the /setblock command, structure blocks do not have any use in game, and emit a light level of 15. However, they are used internally by developers to create structures. They were used to create the end city dungeon structures.

Switch the none out for what you want:

none - no connection in that direction side - goes horizontally in that direction up - diagonally upward in that direction

in your case switch the north none with up.

They were used to test end structures, S stands for Save, L stands for Load, C stands for Corner, D stands for Data, but you can't obtain them. However, you can place them in a world with cheats are enabled by using the command /setblock x y z structure_block. A good reason to use them is the fact that they emit 15 light (as bright as sun) and their toughness is very high.
