So I'm on a server with multiple artificially created worlds. For example I created a void world for a spawnhub. But now I want to delete the default worlds. Nether, End and World. I can't delete those right now because they keep regenerating after a restart. I want to change the default world to the one with the void. People should also spawn there on initial join. Does anyone have any idea how to do this. I'm using MultiVerse.

You don't necessarily have to delete the default worlds.

To change the world in which new players spawn by default, modify the value of the level-name property in server.properties to your desired world name.

If you still want to delete the originally generated world, you can do so with /mv delete which completely removes the world folders from your server or /mv remove which unloads the world but keeps the world folder after you have changed the server properties. Keep in mind that it is often dangerous to directly delete files and folders.

It sounds like you have no Nether world for your new world. World Portals takes over all portal and other-world generation, so you need to tell the server to make a Nether so that Nether portals will go to it. Basically, you need to follow this sequence of actions:

In the command console, type /wp create
Right click on a sign and type [your-current-world-name-here]_nether (e.g. if your world was called 'Myworld' then you would type Myworld_nether)
When asked for a generator type type nether

It should now create a new Nether world, and your Nether portals should work!

Minecraft – How to convert a SMP server world into a Single-player compatable world

There is a simple way to combine your Multiplayer world for Single-player use.

Notice how your single-player worlds are saved in region, DIM1 and DIM-1 folders. Each of these folders is your dimension.
Multiplayer servers saves each dimension in its own folder, while the game (single-player) saves it as a whole folder of its own.

So, what you want to do is copy the DIM1 (Nether) and DIM-1 (The End) into the folder with the overworld dimension in it (level folder; as it is called in your screenshot), and then you can put your level world folder straight into your saves folder, in the Users/[Username]/Library/Application Support/minecraft/ folder, which then will run perfectly fine with all your dimensions intact.

Player inventories, locations etc. are stored in the overworld folder (level), so all locations will be preserved. (Means if you were in the nether, you'll log back on into the nether, or where the level.dat says you are)

You should end up with a file directory like such:

             - data
                  - ...
             - DIM1
                  - ...
             - DIM-1
                  - ...
             - players
                  - ... 
             - region
                  - ... 
             - uid.dat
             - level.dat
             - level.dat_old

Note: "..." means things not included/not important.

The DIM1 folder contains data for your Nether,
The DIM-1 folder contains data for The End and
The region folder contains data for your overworld.

Everything else, you do not need to touch.
