Im trying rn to explore the new nether (Snapshot 20w06a) and i want to get the blocks on the ground in my inventory w/out searching thru the entire creative menu. Also, i use MC java with NO MOUSE.

To get a command block item with a command datatag:
- Place down a command block
- Type in the command you want
- Hold CTRL
- Middle click the command block
You should be able to see a "+NBT" in purple below the item name when you hover over it, indicating that the item has extra data. You can then put this in dispensers, chests, etc.
The easiest way to have limitless command blocks would be to have a "template dispenser" with all of your custom command blocks in that never gets activated, and then have the activation button clone the template down onto where you want the actual dispenser. A setup like this will work:
You can try /give <Your Username/@p/@a/@r> 383 1 120, which will give you a spawn egg.
otherwise use the /summon Villager ~ ~ ~ command to spawn one at your current location.
You can enter this command into your chat box (provided cheats is turned on) in your Single-player world by pressing / or T.

Open the settings menu and go into the controls tab. There is an action called pick block. Set it to whatever you want (default is middle mouse button I think) and then you can press that key while looking at a specific block to obtain that block.
