I don't like the fact that Buildcraft pipes break when you hit them: I would like to give them maybe the same durability as cobblestone or something similar.
Is there a way to give buildcraft pipes some measure of durability?

Your answer is in the
configfolder, goto buildcraft's config folder and openmain.conf, open it using notepad, and where it saysD:pipes.durability=0.25, somewhere near the bottom, all you have to do is change the number.
