I'm trying to make a shop in Minecraft and I have the scoreboard and sell commands down but I cant get my buy option to work.
I tried using /testfor @p[score_Coin_min=2] to activate the blocks behind the first command block but I keep getting a syntax error unexpected "score".
I've tried using different variations but I can't seem to figure it out. I can just forget about that one command but it lets people buy whatever they want which results in a negative score.

For your command, the example is written like this:
To count the number of zombies within a 20-block radius of (0,64,0):
testfor @e[0,64,0,20,type=Zombie]
So your command should look like this:
/testfor @e[x=1000, y= 125, z=941, r=12, type=PigZombie]
Note: the use of the ! ("not") doesn't seem to apply in the syntax for the Minecraft commands, therefore, if you want to invert the command (or atleast invert the use of the command), you'll have to use redstone for that.
Eg. (as from the comments) if you want to do something when it doesn't detect any Pigmen, you'll have to invert the redstone signal that is emitted.
One way to do this is to have a second command block testing if the previous one failed:
The impulse command block would have your current command (/testfor @e[type=Zombie]).
The chain command block, which is the one you should run comparators/conditionals off of, would then have:
/testforblock X Y Z command_block -1 {SuccessCount:0}
X Y Z should be the coordinates of the impulse command block.
This makes the chain block succeed when the impulse block fails.

The correct syntax for score selectors is
