No “login with Facebook” option

The comments above have said that notifications are working fine for them. They are working for me, also. So it's probably an issue with your phone. The basic troubleshooting is to reset, restart, restore.

• To reset, hold both the home button and the sleep/wake button until the apple logo comes up.

As for restarting and resetting, you should probably know how to do that.

Make sure the notifications are turned on after you reset/restart/restore.

That's an interesting glitch there. You can try to zoom in as much as possible and try to hit the left boundary crystal or the left side of the rainbow and that might get it for you. Otherwise you're going to have to report the issue to support. I'm guessing that they will get rid of the second perch so you'll have to make a call on that.
